Victoria has always loved hiking, running, biking, and spending most of her time outdoors. When she began training for her first marathon, she quickly realized she needed to add something else to her daily workouts. Vinyasa yoga proved to be the perfect compliment. It didn’t take long before she began exploring all different styles of yoga.
It took seven years of practicing yoga daily before she finally decided to take the next step, and complete her certification. She now loves teaching just as much as practicing! She believes all types of athletes can benefit (both physically and mentally) from yoga, and should incorporate it into their training.
When not on her mat, Victoria spends much of her time traveling, for her job in Marketing. This has allowed her the opportunity to practice yoga/meditation, and participate in races across the US and internationally.
Victoria lives in Stillwater with her husband and five children and LOVES LOVES desserts (she bonded immediately with Debra!)
