Our Schedule
We offer thoughtfully designed group fitness classes and small group training sessions for ages 12 and up.
Preregistration is required for all classes. If a class is full, don't hesitate to put your name on a waitlist, as openings do occur.
Please note, we require a two-person minimum to run group fitness classes.
Class cancellations due to low enrollment will be reflected on the schedule 12-hours before the start time.
