CHILD CARE CENTER

• We happily welcome any child 6 weeks to 11 years old.
• Any Energy Pilates & Fitness member (or their guests) may use the child care center
• The child care center is ideal for infants to ages 6 or 7.
• If your (child)ren ages 8 and older prefer, they have the option of the using the sitting chair lounge. They can bring in any reading or hand-held video games and the like while they wait for your exercise class to finish.

Child care is available for these classes:

WOODBURY
• MONDAYS: For the 9:35 am class
• TUESDAYS through FRIDAY: For the 9:30 am class
• SUNDAYS: For the 3:30 pm class

HUGO
• MONDAYS through FRIDAYS: For the 9:30 am class

We offer a safe, clean, efficient and FUN child care center cozy with book and toys or a fun playing/running area with toys, bouncy balls, preschool toys and a small climbing wall.

Any child that comes in with a parent MUST either use the child care center (be checked in with a punch card or pay a $5 -per family- drop-in). (More information on pricing below).

We kindly request that child be under the supervision of our child care staff and not be allowed to play any other part of the USA Karate facility or fitness studio while class(es) are in session.

For the safety of your child(ren) and "ambiance" of a fitness or karate class, please do not bring your child(ren) into a fitness class or karate class that is in session.

1. COSTS
   You have three options for paying for child care. Drop in for just $5 per visit. Purchase a punch card for $20 good for four visits. Each punch is for a visit to the child care per family (not child). The cards will be kept at the studio. Or, enroll with auto-withdrawal (just like your membership) for $30 per month unlimited child care.
2. ILLNESS POLICY
   We recognize the difficulty working parents have when their child is ill. However, we ask that you find alternate care when your child is sick. If your child has any symptoms listed below, or is otherwise ill, we may ask you please not bring in your child to the Child Care Center: Fever - 100 degrees or above; Eye infection (conjunctivitis - pink eye); Diarrhea; Runny nose - green mucus; Vomiting or Impetigo.
3. GUIDELINES
   Please be diligent in checking IN your child and checking OUT your child on the sign-in form. We request that you do not bring in your own food or snacks. However, we do offer a well-stocked vending machine if you would like a beverage or snack for your child(ren). If your child(ren) do eat and drink, please be sure they do not eat or drink on our mats in the studio or Super Kids area. Please have the kid(s) eat in the sitting chair lounge area only. With so much barefoot activity in the studios, we want to make sure the mats are always SUPER CLEAN! Likewise, please be sure kids remove their shoes & boots before stepping onto the studio mats. Parents are responsible for changing diapers. We have a diaper changing system in the women's restroom.

Feel free to bring in labeled:
Diaper bag, pacifiers, comfort items and sippy cups w/water.

We will ask that you leave your class if we are unable to comfort your child if he/she cries for more than 10 minutes or so.

Energy Pilates reserves the right to suspend center privileges to parents who do not abide by club policies and guidelines. Energy Pilates is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Energy Pilates reserves the right to remove children who are perceived to pose a danger to themselves or others.
