I Got More Than I Ever Imagined!

Ten weeks ago I signed up for a group reformer session with Jennifer.  I got way more than I could ever of imagined in those 10 weeks.  I didn’t just get a personal trainer.  I got an encourager, a motivator, and a listener. 

She has helped push, mold, and shape me into a stronger person both physically and mentally.  When I didn’t think I could do it, I would hear…just 4 more ladies.  You can do it!  She individualized when necessary and provided laughs when needed.  She would repeatedly say “smile” when we were pushing through an exercise where a grimace might sneak across my face.  I can proudly say that I am smiling at the results and it is the reason that I signed up for 10 more weeks.  I have immensely enjoyed my last 10 weeks of hard work with Jennifer and look forward to the next 10.  She is simply amazing!  Jolie
