MEET MEG.

​Meg loves learning, teaching, and being active with others.  She has been a member at Energy since 2019. She joined to grow her knowledge of Pilates
and from there, she grew to love so many of the formats offered at this special gym.
 
Being active has been a part of Meg’s life forever.  She was always the girl who “could not sit still.”  Taking her own positive energy and channeling it into
teaching others has been a constructive use of her own energy and she is excited to share that and her welcoming spirit with others in this fantastic
environment. Meg believes that exercise is the best form of medication there is and brings 10+ years of group fitness instruction and personal training with
her to Energy.

When she is not teaching at the gym, Meg can be found teaching Spanish to K-2 students who provide a double dose of joy. When Meg is not in teaching
mode you can find her on her paddleboard, playing tennis, reading, or hanging out with her husband and three grown sons.
