The instructors are attentive and help everyone, especially those who may need modifications due to surgeries or injuries. The classes cater to all levels (from beginner to advanced) and you are never made to feel out of place.

​The owner, Debra, and her instructors know how to get the best out of you in that hour... and I am amazed at how fast that class goes by. So fun! "I was so bad about working out and couldn’t find an exercise or program that I enjoyed. Running, treadmill, elliptical, etc. Other gyms were just too big for my liking and group fitness never felt comfortable. All. Of. This. That is, until I found Energy. I absolutely love Energy for so many reasons...... it is a full-body workout. I’ve seen transformation in muscle tone within just a few workouts. The classes are reasonably sized. The instructors are phenomenal. Honestly, some of the nicest, most generous, humble, and caring folks AND very importantly, they are always checking on your form to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly and getting the maximum benefit from your workout. AND the options..... seriously, you can do yoga, Pilates, barre, cardio, etc and I’ve yet to repeat a workout yet. You can even get personal training and use the reformer machines.

​The people who attend the classes are as nice as the instructors and everyone is so welcoming. I’ve NEVER been more excited to work out. I can’t recommend Energy enough. The owner, Debra Tourek, is one of the nicest and most motivating trainers as well. All of the trainers know you by name and greet and encourage you during class. They truly welcome you like you are family. If you are wavering, haven’t found a place you like to work out or an exercise that motivates you, please consider trying Energy. You may just find what you are looking for. I did!"
