To ensure a comfortable experience for all, we ask that students observe the following guidelines:

Stringent Sanitation
- Thank you for being on time for class (five minutes before class time). We will lock doors after this time.
- Please check in at the front desk.
- Keeping your gym bag, handbags in the cubbies (we lock our doors).
- Please do not bring cell phones into the studio with you; unless they are on do not disturb. If you need to text or call, please leave the studio.
- Please do not interrupt sessions in the back studio (door is closed).
- Please do not enter the studios (in between classes) until they are cleaned. The instructor/trainer will let you know when you can enter.
- Please do not crowd the doors to the studio while we are cleaning.
- Please do not wear your “street shoes” in the studio. Indoor shoes are allowed.
- Thank you for not wearing heavy cologne/perfumes.

Stringent Sanitation
- All studio surfaces are consistently cleaned with hospital-grade EPA-approved disinfectants. We clean mats, pilates reformers, and all equipment daily with a CDC-approved virucidal disinfectant.
- Floors are swept, vacuumed, and sanitized. Our studios receive an even DEEPER cleaning once a week. We can make this guarantee without hesitation: You will not find a cleaner fitness studio anywhere! ·
- Sanitation stations can be found throughout the studio.
- If you are not feeling well, have a cough, fever or symptoms of COVID-19, please do no attend class until you are cough-free and fever-free.
- If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been in close contact with someone who has and you are not fully vaccinated, we ask you to not come to the studio for 10 days or until you’ve tested negative.
GROUP FITNESS
I'm a beginner, where should I start?
Simple!
Find our schedule online and choose any class that fits with YOUR schedule. All classes are led by certified Energy instructors, who show modifications for every fitness level. Please arrive 5 minutes in advance so we can introduce you to your instructor! All of our classes are barefoot*. This adds an element of core awareness to each movement using balance. We have amazing matted floors that support the body during our classes. You are welcome to wear shoes to any class; however, please wear your "indoor" shoes only. This helps keep our floors clean. *For our SWEAT jump, BARRE hop and STEP classes, we recommend indoor sneakers. |
Do I need a yoga mat?
If you have a yoga mat, you are more than welcome to bring it! However, our floors are padded, so a yoga mat is not necessary. We do supply Lululemon yoga mats for no additional charge.

What is the age requirement for children to take a group fitness class?
12 and up!

Do you have hot yoga classes?
We teach our yoga classes at a comfortable temperature of 70 to 75 degrees.
Our Medical Director, Dr. Julie England, recommends this temperature, as very hot yoga does not detox your body any more than your kidneys and liver do! And, per the Mayo Clinic: ....did you know that the liver and kidneys remove far more toxins than sweat glands. |
What is your inclement weather policy?
In the event of a studio closure due to weather, when possible, we will make a decision 8-12 hours prior to a class.
If a storm is becoming worse than anticipated, we may cancel class up to an hour prior. We will update on the MINDBODY app and post to Facebook. Always check the schedule before coming in. |
What is your cell phone policy?
Thank you for understanding that all cell phones must be on silent if you are in class. If you need to text or speak to someone, please simply leave your class / session.

Do you offer childcare?
We currently do not offer childcare.

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
I'm ready! How do I sign-up?
Pre-registration is required for all classes and waitlists are available!
Always use the waitlist as you will be notified immediately of any openings, so even if a class shows full, add your name! Click here to download the app or here to head to Energy's MINDBODY site to register and sign up. Our class sizes are limited - no crowding - and that feels amazing! |

The MINDBODY APP is not allowing me to register for classes, how come?
1) Our studios have attendance caps and our waitlist is limited to four people.
Once the class and the waitlist are full, the app and online schedule will no longer offer the option to register. However, cancellations do occur! Always check back to see if there is an opening or add yourself to the waitlist. 2) Additionally, MINDBODY allows you to sign up for classes 15 days from the current date, so you may be trying to sign up for classes outside of that window. For Small Group Reformers Sessions, MINDBODY allows you to sign up for classes 30 days from the current date. Please note: if you are a Tier 2 or 3 VIP Member, you can request to be signed up for classes outside of this window. Simply email or call the studio with your class name, date, and time requests. 3) Did you just join as a member? If so, the system will only allow you to sign up for classes after your membership payment has been processed. If you need to pro-rate your membership to an earlier date, simply email us! 4) Do you have a membership or a punch card? If the MINDBODY app isn't recognizing your "pass", it is likely because your app account and your local Energy account have not synced. In order for this to work, both need the same email address and first and last name (they have to match perfectly). On the app, go to Profile - Passes and click "Missing one of your passes?" and follow instructions. You can also go to Profile - Settings - and click the "Resend account confirmation email" to receive emailed instructions. 5) Still having trouble? How do I use a promo code I received?
Currently, promo codes cannot be used on the MindBody app. They have to be used directly on Energy's MindBody site during the check out process.

I'd like to receive text messages regarding my reservations. How do I sign up?
Text “START” to 651-424-1541 to begin receiving text notifications. You can opt out anytime with "STOP".

I'm on the waitlist for a class, what happens now?
When a spot opens in the class, you'll be immediately notified that your reservation has been confirmed via automated email. Yay!
If you cannot take the class/session, please cancel your reservation so someone else can be moved into the class/session. |
Can I view my position on the waitlist?
View your waitlist position from our scheduling software, MINDBODY, from your computer or a web browser (not the app).

I'm on the waitlist for a class and I need to cancel, what now?
No problem! Just cancel your waitlisted reservation via the MINDBODY app or online.
We are not able to accept cancellations via social media, emails or phone. Our cancellation policies:

My waitlist reservation has now been accepted in class, but I cannot make it.
Don’t sweat it; simply cancel your reservation.
You will not be charged a cancellation fee when you do not receive timely notice to attend your class/session. |
I forgot to cancel my reservation, what happens now?

We understand things happen, so in the event of an emergency, we will do our best to work with you. However, we do appreciate and respect our instructors' time and effort planning your workouts.

I am not able to sign up for a class or small group session three months out, why?
Our schedule allows for scheduling of group fitness classes for up to 15 days in advance. You may receive a prompt that says "Call" - which simply means the schedule is not open yet.
Please note: if you are a Tier 2 or 3 VIP Member, you can request to be signed up for classes outside of this window. Simply email or call the studio with your class name, date, and time requests. Effective 1/15/23: All Small Group Reformer (or any small group sessions) are open for registion 30 days in advance. |
I am a VIP member and am trying to schedule a class next month, but the prompt says "unpaid"...
As a VIP autopay member, you are able to enroll in group fitness classes up to 15 days in advance.
Your monthly dues will only cover the current month, so if you’ve registered for classes in the upcoming month it will show “unpaid” until the MINDBODY system automatically reconciles your membership on the first of the upcoming month. |
I am an autopay VIP 2 or 3 and receive 1 or 2 free small group sessions per month, how does that work?
When your membership dues are processed on the first of the month, your small group session(s) are automatically added to your account.
Due to limitations in the MINDBODY software, alternate payment will be required to enroll and MINDBODY will not automatically apply your monthly sessions to previously booked classes, even after they become available. To sign up for your session(s) "next month", we recommend waiting until after the first of the month when the session(s) has/have been applied to your account. |
How do I apply a gift card to my purchase?
When you checkout on MINDBODY online, there is a place at the top of the page to apply your gift card.
After you book your class or select your purchase, you can apply a gift care on the Check Out screen. |
If using the MINDBODY app, if you do not have a credit card saved to your account, it will require you to enter it first.
Then click "PAY WITH" and change the credit card to "Pay with Gift Card". |

Can I bring a guest?
Yes, of course! First time guests may purchase our "Just Try Us", one week of classes for just $35.* (see restrictions).
Simply head online via our website to register or use the the app, MINDBODY. All guests must pre-register for class. VIP Tier 2 and 3 Members - Redeeming Guest Passes: Your guest passes will be mailed to you after your membership enrollment. Each guest pass contains a promo code for one free class. Your guests may register for class via the MINDBODY system. We do not accept walk-ins, so please make sure your guest reserves a spot ahead of time. |
What is the membership cancellation policy?
Going on an extended vacation, or have family matters to take care of?
You can freeze your membership for 30, 60, or 90 days. If you need to cancel or freeze your membership, simply stop by the front desk or email us to request a form. There are no cancellation fees. Do class punch cards have expiration dates and can I get an extension?
Yes, they do.
