Energy's childcare is a place where my kids have fun playing with other kids, and I know they are taken care of. They never complain about going and all of the child care providers are friendly and kind. One of them even does babysitting for us on the side. It's so nice to be able to work out and focus on 'me time', and not worry if my kids are okay.

​Our childcare center is open to children 6 weeks to 11 years old.

Childcare services are provided to members of Energy and/or guests for their children while they are attending class.

Childcare is available for during our Friday 8:30am SWEAT h.i.i.t. class (starts June 10, 2022).

As with our other services, childcare requires pre-registration, as we limit the number of children in each session. 

Cost is $7 per child.

Childcare Information

"Under the Weather" Policy
  1. Pacifiers and comfort items such as blankets are permitted; kindly label.
  2. Sippy cups, with water only, are permitted and should be labeled.
  3. We kindly request you do not bring in food & candy. 
  4. Bottles, bags, and cups must be labeled with the child's first and last name.
  5. Parents are responsible for changing diapers.  Should your child need to use the restroom, we will call you out of class to assist them. 
  6. Parents will be called if a child cannot be comforted from crying after 10 minutes. Trust us, we will do everything we can to make your child happy and content to you can enjoy your workout. 
  7. Energy reserves the right to remove children who are perceived to pose a danger to themselves or others.
  8. We will use a gentle verbal warning and if needed, remove them from the situation for an "energy" break.
  9. Energy reserves the right to suspend center privileges to parents who do not abide by policies and guidelines.
  10. Energy is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We recognize the difficulty of working out when a child is ill, but for the health and well-being of all of our guests, we kindly ask that you find alternate care when your child is sick.

Should your child develop any of the symptoms listed below, or is otherwise ill, we will ask you to pick them up:
  • Fever - 100 degrees or above
  • Eye infection (conjunctivitis - pink eye)
  • Diarrhea
  • Runny nose - green mucus
  • Vomiting
  • Impetigo
