When Energy designs classes and private trainings, it's always research-based. Too many fads for health and nutrition are confusing. So, when we saw the title of this study, we read more:

From Cardiff University: A study that monitored the health habits of 2,235 men over a 35-year period has confirmed exercise significantly reduces the risk of dementia.
