Working out at Energy Fitness has totally changed the relationship I have with my mind & body – in the best way. Energy has always been a super happy, uplifting place and I love the positive vibes the second I walk in! I started to discover what classes I enjoy and now I get a mixed variation of yoga, Pilates, cardio, and weights depending on what class I want to attend that day. I also appreciate that it feels personal enough to get the proper help and guidance to have correct form, etc. so I am no longer hurting myself, but pushing myself safely. It was just what I needed! I really love that I get to choose my class based on how I am feeling, which Energy encourages!
