MEET TYLER.
Tyler started his fitness journey at 19 years old. He had been a chubby kid; one day he saw a picture of himself and decided that was it, no more. He found a little local boxing gym and went all in. After about a year, hitting the weights, training for four nights a weeks, the weight was gone, and he was living the healthy lifestyle again.
Since then he has been training in various martial arts, kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, along with a few group fitness formats.
He left his cozy bubble of Queens, NY and made the leap into a new life here in Minnesota in 2015. New York will always be his first love, Minnesota the one he married, and fitness is the one he can’t live without. Now he's here at ENERGY and loves being part of the studio community. He has been training in martial arts for over 10 years, instructing for four years, and currently holds a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
