MEET SARA.

During the summer of 2015, a friend and I went searching for a local gym that would be fun, provide variety, and be a place that someone could be successful regardless of ability level. This search led to Energy!

I have tried almost every class format and have loved the challenge of each one. Energy is full of such amazing women who provide a safe and welcoming environment where laughter and renewal are a part of each class.

Debra introduced me to the Pilates Reformer and I fell in love instantly! The reformer provides such a variety of exercises and different levels of challenge, and this is what keeps me excited about each session.

Getting a full-body workout while using the equipment to help deepen stretches makes each session feel so worth it. I’m excited to share my love of the reformer with others and help them to experience what an amazing workout it can provide.  I am thrilled to have completed my Pilates Reformer Certification this summer (2022!)  

When not at Energy, I am teaching 3rd graders the wonders of math and reading and the beginnings of academic independence or spending as much time as I can with my own family (husband, 2 kids, and a dog). We love to be outside as much as possible!
