PRIVATE PILATES:
There are a few techniques one must learn while doing pilates mat work. So, learn from the experts! We believe Pilates is an essential workout to any exercise enthusiast - novice to the elite athlete. A stronger & toned core (abs/back/bum) is essential for functional movements to enhancing any type of sport or exercise. Our group classes are great, but if you prefer some one-on-one or small group training to learn the basics first or to GROW in your pilates and flexibility training, this package is for you. Your ENERGY trainer will help you understand the concept of "navel to spine" and the six guiding principles, which is the foundation of the pilates approach to exercise. Bring your own mat, or mats are available.
SHRINK: Weight Loss Program & Workout:
Setting weight loss goals is probably one of the more difficult steps of a weight loss program. So much information, where to begin? Search "weight loss" online and you'll see over 27,000 diets. Let us set you up for success your ENERGY trainers will measure body fat, understand your eating, and motivate you to loose the weight & STAY in the mindset of good health, fit body & sound mind. Nutritional counseling from a certified nutritional expert is included.

MYTH No. 1: There's no point to exercising; I'm going to get old anyway. FACT: Exercise and strength training helps you look & feel younger and stay active longer. Regular physical actively lowers one's risk for a variety of conditions: Alzheimer's & dementia, heart disease, diabetes, colon cancer, high blood pressure, obesity and more.
MYTH No. 2: Exercise puts a senior at risk of falling down. FACT: Regular movement, by building strength and stamina, prevents loss of bone mass and improves balance, actually reducing the risk of falling.
