Lily has been active from a very young age, starting with dance and gymnastics and later competing in basketball, volleyball, and golf through high school. Lily went to college at NDSU where she pursued degrees in Exercise Science and Respiratory Therapy. During her time at NDSU, she worked as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor.
Lily found Energy after she had her first daughter 4 years ago. She loved the Pilates-based classes and how they are focused on lifelong health and wellness, rather than calories burned and weight lost. She looks forward to teaching and sharing her love for health and fitness with others while laughing and having fun.
When Lily isn’t teaching she is busy raising two little girls, cuddling with her orange kitties, and embracing all of life’s little joys.
