Kari has been a member of Energy since 2009. Her Minnesota childhood was filled with many sports: figure skating, dance, tennis, soccer, hockey, etc. There was only a few seasons of softball as she realized she just can’t seem to throw a ball well. She played hockey throughout high school and into college until she was injured which resulted in her first surgery.
She loves to travel and has been to many countries in Europe, has travelled to Mexico, Canada and has lived in Australia!
Kari’s credits Energy for fast and efficient rehab from multiple orthopedic surgeries due to sports related injuries and three babies, one after another!
Kari is a clinical research manager specializing in heart failure, gene therapy, stem cell and acute coronary syndrome research during the day. She lives with her husband and 3 kids in Woodbury.
