FACILITY​

What are your COVID-19 plans?

We are taking every precaution to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for our members and guests. In addition to our rigorous cleaning routine (see below), we are limiting class sizes, disinfecting high touch surfaces, purchased five HEPA air purifiers and when possible, opening windows for additional ventilation. We assure you, our instructors and staff are doing their part to ensure your safety.

​How often are your facilities cleaned?

Daily! Mats, pilates reformers, and all equipment are cleaned with a CDC approved virucidal disinfectant after every use. Floors are swept, vacuumed, and sanitized. Our studios receive an even DEEPER cleaning once a week.  We can make this guarantee without hesitation: You will not find a cleaner fitness studio anywhere! 

Do you have showers?

We do not have showers, but we do have restrooms and an area to change.

I'm ready! Now, how do I sign-up? 

We welcome ages 12 and up. Find a class that fits with YOUR schedule and create a simple profile to register* online.

*Preregistration is required for all classes. Wait lists are available and you will be notified immediately of any openings, so please enroll even if the class states it is full.

​Do I need a yoga mat?

If you have a yoga mat you are more than welcome to bring it! However, our floors are padded, so a yoga mat is not necessary. If weights or other equipment are required, we provide them at no charge.

How old does my child have to be to take a group fitness class?

​Boys and girls can begin taking group fitness classes at 11. Visit out child care page for more info. 

Do I need sneakers?

All indoor classes are barefoot! Our floors are matted (cleaned and sanitized after every class). If you have any issues with your feet (pedicure or otherwise), feel free to wear your indoor-only sneakers.  For our trampoline classes, we recommend "indoor-only" sneakers.

Do you have hot yoga classes? 

We teach our yoga classes at a comfortable temperature of 68-75 degrees. Our Medical Director, Dr. Julie England, recommends this temperature, as very hot yoga does not detox your body any more than your kidneys and liver do! Per the Mayo Clinic: ....the liver and kidneys remove far more toxins than sweat glands.

Do you offer child care?

*Due to Covid-19 child care has been suspended. Children age 6 weeks to 10 years are welcome in our child care. Simply look for the "cc" icon on the class schedule. 

RESERVATIONS​

I'd like to get text messages regarding my reservations. How do I sign up? 

Text “START” to 651-424-1541 to begin receiving text notifications. You can opt out anytime with "STOP".

I'm on the waitlist for a class, what happens now?

When a spot opens in the class/session, you are immediately notified that your reservation has been confirmed and you are now in the class/session! Yay!

If you cannot take the class/session, please cancel your reservation so someone else can be moved into the class/session. Do this the same way you cancel a regular class reservation. 

Where can I view what number I am on the waitlist?

You can view your waitlist position on MINDBODY from your computer or a web browser (not the app).

I'm on the waitlist for a class and I need to cancel, what now?

No problem! Just cancel your waitlisted reservation via your MINDBODY profile. 
We are not able to accept cancellations via text, social media, emails or phone.

I'd like to sign up for a class, but MINDBODY does not let me. What's going on?

Our two studios allow reservations for nine people (9) in a class. The waitlist is limited to five (5) people. Once both the class and the waitlist are full, the app and online schedule will no longer offer the option to register.

I've been added to a class, but it starts in 30 minutes and I cannot make it, what now?

Don’t sweat it; simply cancel your reservation. You will not be charged a cancellation fee when you do not receive timely notice to attend your class/session.

I forgot to cancel my reservation, what happens now?

If your reservation is not cancelled within our 12-hour cancellation window, our system automatically issues a late cancel fee of $25.00 ($35.00 for non-cancellations/"no-shows").

A note on emergencies and cancellations.

 We understand things happen and really do not want to charge you for missing, so if there is an emergency, we will do our best to work with you. However, we do appreciate and respect our instructors' time and effort planning your workouts as the need for other members and guests who want to take a class.

If you need assistance in understanding HOW to cancel a class, please do not hesitate to ask us for help. We want you to feel very comfortable with the MINDBODY app/scheduler and the cancellation process. Email us: info@energypilatesfitness.com.

MEMBERSHIPS + PACKAGES​

What are the benefits of a monthly membership?

VIP members (monthly autopay memberships) receive unlimited group fitness classes, discounts on retail, small group and personal training. Our VIP Tier 2 and 3 members also receive monthly small group sessions and guest passes (at no extra charge). Click HERE for more details. 

Do you offer insurance reimbursement?

Yes, we do! View the list of insurers on the pricing page. 

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, of course! First time guests may purchase our "Just Try Us", a one-week intro offer for just $25. * (see restrictions). Returning guests may purchase a single class for just $25. 

VIP Tier 2 and 3 Members - Redeeming Guest Passes

Your guest passes will be mailed to you a few weeks after your membership enrollment or renewal date. Each guest pass contains a promo code for one free class. Your guests may register for class via the MINDBODY app. 

What is the membership cancellation policy?

Going on an extended vacation, or have family matters to take care of? We offer the option to freeze your membership for 30, 60, or 90 days. If you need to cancel or freeze your membership, simply stop by the front desk or email to request your form. There are no cancellation fees.

Can I extend the expiration date on my class punch card?

Yes, you can! We offer a 30-day extension for just $25. Please email Mari, our Member Services Coordinator at  Mari@energypilatesfitness.com.
