MEET DEB.
Deb fell in love with group fitness during her college days when songs by Madonna, Prince and Michael Jackson ruled the airwaves. Working out with other people created a level of motivation and excitement that still inspires Deb when teaching. “There is power in numbers, and sharing physical activity with others is truly inspirational.” Deb has been teaching fitness classes for 24 years in the St. Croix Valley area. Her teaching experience includes, step, kickboxing, group cycling, kettle bells and sculpt and strength. “I am proud and honored to be a new instructor at Energy! I look forward to sharing my enthusiasm and love of group fitness with everyone.” Deb is a high school Science teacher and in her spare time she enjoys baking, swimming, gardening and spending time with family.
