All programs and classes are developed and designed by owner and Fitness Director, Debra Tourek and under the guidance of Energy’s own Medical Director, Dr. Julie England. As the only fitness studio in the Twin Cites with an MD on their Advisory Board, Energy strives for healthful fitness and research-based exercise – not fads that fade.

Every movement plane is worked using weights and body weight precisely designed so each movement has a purpose and a goal. You’ll work multiple muscle groups at once. This a class designed using cardio, boxing, and martial arts. This class helps to improve your strength, flexibility, speed and overall aerobic fitness. We will kick, punch, hook our way to fun combinations that will have you dripping of sweat while still smiling.
