Children 6 weeks to 11 years old are allowed to visit. Childcare service is provided to members and Energy Pilates & Fitness guests for their children while they are attending class at a minimal fee (see next page for pricing).

We like to keep our mats clean, so we kindly request that kids remove their shoes.

We kindly request you do not bring in food & candy.

Pacifiers and comfort items such as blankets are permitted; kindly label.

Sippy cups, with water only, are permitted and must be labeled.

Bottles, bags, and cups must be labeled with the child's first and last name.

Parents are responsible for changing diapers. We have a diaper changing system in the women's restroom. We also request that if children need to use the restroom, the parent brings the child into the restroom.

Parents will be called if a child cannot be comforted from crying after 10 minutes.

Energy Pilates & Fitness reserves the right to remove children who are perceived to pose a danger to themselves or others.

We will use a gentle verbal warning and if needed, remove them from the situation for an "energy" break.

Energy Pilates & Fitness reserves the right to suspend center privileges to parents who do not abide by club policies and guidelines.

Energy Pilates & Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Policy on Illness: We recognize the difficulty working when a child is ill. However, we ask that you find alternate care when your child is sick. If your child has any symptoms listed below, or is otherwise ill, we may ask you to pick up your child Fever - 100 degrees or above; Eye infection (conjunctivitis - pink eye); Diarrhea; Runny nose - green mucus; Vomiting or Impetigo.

There are first aid boxes at each studio which contain basic supplies; Band-Aids, gloves and ice-pack. If a child is injured in anyway while under our supervision an accident/injury report will be completed and parent will be notified. If any type of injury results in bleeding parent should be notified immediately.

Costs

There are three ways to pay for childcare.

$5 drop-in (cash, check, or charge) for a single visit per family, (not child).

$20 purchase (cash, check or charge) of a five-punch Childcare card. Each punch is for a visit to the childcare per family (not child). The cards will be kept at the studio.

$30 per month: (charged to account) unlimited childcare services. This will be automatically withdrawn monthly from members account.
