Bria walked in to Energy, just after her second child, and immediately fell in love with the knowledgeable staff, friendly members the super fun workouts! She had a herniated disc and came for Pilates to help heal her back and improve her core stability. After just one month of Pilates and barre, her back was feeling better than it had in years! She was also working out less than previously and feeling stronger and healthier! For over two years, you would find her at nearly every class that offered childcare and then she joined the Energy team!
Bria grew up in the mountains and has always loved to be active and outdoors, skiing, hiking and cycling. She has competed in triathlons and fitness competitions and loves a good long bike ride. She is passionate about health and nutrition and is always continuing to learn and experiment. If you give the body what it needs, it will do amazing things for you, but it takes consistency and work! She loves food and believes consistency and moderation are key, but don't ask her to practice either of these things if there is a plate of nachos in front of her. They are a giant weakness!
