The Pilates Reformer is an exercise system that is designed to transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. Using the Reformer builds strength and tones your entire body. This is an excellent system of exercise for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. The majority of the exercises are non-impact, which makes this form of training safe for everyone. Whether you have been doing Pilates mat classes and want to step up the challenge in your training, or you are new to Pilates altogether, this training system is for you!
